Ministry of Internal Affairs

The Ministry of Internal Affairs is responsible for overseeing national security, public safety, and law enforcement.

Its portfolios include the Seychelles Police Force, Immigration and Civil Status, Seychelles Prison Services, Seychelles Fire and Rescue Services Agency (SFRSA), Disaster Risk Management Division (DRMD), National Information Sharing and Coordination Centre (NISCC), Regional Coordination Operations Centre (RCOC), and the Regional Fusion and Law Enforcement Centre for Safety and Security at Sea (REFLECS3).

The Ministry also leads the formulation of national security policies. It is committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of citizens while maintaining the country’s security infrastructure.
