Mrs. Shah-Faure is a dedicated public servant with 27 years of experience. She has a background in journalism, public relations, and communications. She has worked for 14 years as the Personal Assistant to the former Designated Minister of the Republic of Seychelles. In November 2020, she became the Personal Assistant to the Minister for Internal Affairs and in July 2022, was promoted to the role of Executive Director in the Minister’s Secretariat. In this role, Mrs. Shah-Faure oversees the administrative and technical functions of the office, working closely with Secretariat staff and coordinating with various MDA’s, NGOs and International Organizations.

Mrs. Shah-Faure highly values teamwork, excellence in service delivery, and prioritizes family and well-being. As an accomplished athlete, she is deeply dedicated to the martial art Tang Soo Do, where she not only excels but also imparts her knowledge and skills through teaching.
